PESHAWAR: JUI-F fielded Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwaish and Dilawar Khan for general and technocrats seats in the elections for Senate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to Abdul Jalil Jan, provincial secretary information JUI-F Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the decision was taken in a meeting of the provincial executive council held here with Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman in the chair here on Tuesday. The meeting beside Senate elections, organizational matter and other importrant matters. Those who attended include Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwaish, Mufti Obaidullah, Mufti Fazal Ghafoor, Maulana Abdul Haseeb, Abdul Jalil Jan, Mufti Nasir Mahmood, Shah Hussain Alai, Mohammad Rahim Haqqani, Ammad Azam advocate, Noor Islam, Mohammad Israr Marwat, Maulana Ahmad Ali Darwaish, Maulana Amanat Shah, Sadaqat Khan, Zahir Shah and Senator Dilawar Khan. Releasing details of the meeting, Abdul Jalil Jan said that after crucial consultations on Senate, holding historic conferences in central and southern districts, the meeting decided that next summit of the provincial executive council will be held on September 13 and 14, 2025 while Khatam-e-Nabuwat Conference will be held in September in Mardan and Mufti Mahmood Conference in October in D.I.
