KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has wrapped up petition regarding recovery of missing person Abdul Latif on police report that he is arrested on charges of torching home of home minister Sindh. The petitions seeking recovery of 4 missing persons came up for hearing before SHC. One among the 4 missing persons was found involved in setting ablaze home of Sindh home minister Zia Lanjar . Police informed the court about detention of Abdul Latif. it was told in the police report that Abdul Latif is not missing but he is arrested in Moro on the charges of torching house of Sindh home minister. Court wrapped up the petition regarding recovery of a person who had gone missing from Orangi town. In police report it was said that citizen Muhammad Irfan who had gone missing from Malir town police jurisdiction has returned to his home. The court wrapped up the case on police report. The counsel for the petitioners took the plea that Noor Muhammad and Abdul Qadir had gone missing from city area since 2012. No progress is being made for recovery of these missing persons. The court referred the matter for recovery of both missing persons to Missing Persons Commission. Online
