ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has shifted Dr Aafia Siddiqui case to another bench. This case has been shifted from the court of Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan to Justice Inam Amin Minhas. It is pertinent to mention here Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan had issued contempt of court notices to Prime Minister (PM) and federal cabinet and sought reply till September 01. New duty roaster of judges has been issued after summer vacations in IHC. As per notification issued with reference to it 9 judges of high court will perform duty in single benches. 5 division benches will also be available next week. According to roaster Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan will not be part of single benches. Therefore, their single cases have been shifted to other judges.
