Peshawar: Anti-Corruption Establishment Khyber Pakhtunkhwa received multiple complaints regarding the use of substandard material and embezzlement in the construction of District Headquarters Hospital Batkhela. A detailed inquiry was initiated, which revealed that due to poor-quality materials and misappropriation, the exchequer suffered a loss of Rs. 5,240,072. News Agency
Anti-Corruption Establishment held the responsible contractor liable and directed him to deposit the said amount into the government treasury. The said Contractor has now deposited the entire sum of Rs. 5,240,072 in Government treasury.
