Peshawar High Court (PHC) has extended protective bail of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur for three weeks.
Details of cases registered against CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur with reference to federation has been presented in the court.
The case came up for hearing before justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and justice Muhammad Ejaz Khan Tuesday.
The court while ordering not to arrest Ali Amin Gandapur in the cases registered against him sought report from the respondents.
Assistant Attorney General (AAG) told the court there are 48 cases of federation registered against Ali Amin Gandapur. He is CM. Wrap up his petition. It does not look good that he comes again and again. There are two inquiries of FIA as well.
Additional advocate general told the court Anti corruption report has not come so far.
Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah said we grant exemption to CM from attendance in the court. His counsel should appear.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 16.
