ISLAMABAD: Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan of Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has remarked we cannot provide relief to any one by shutting ears and eyes. Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar has remarked all lawyers are seeking full court but no one is telling about procedure. 8-member SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up the case for hearing Wednesday. Khawaja Ahmad counsel for former senator Afrasyab Khattak requested the court in his arguments 16-member full court of the period prior to 26th constitutional amendment be constituted. Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked if bench cannot hear the case then how can it issue order. Justice Ayesha Malik remarked there is no bar in article 191 A. These are procedural articles.
