ISLAMABAD: Over 22000 cases have been shifted from Supreme Court (SC) to constitutional court. cases under article 184/3 and review petitions have been shifted to constitutional court. Appeals against high courts decisions under article 199 have been shifted to constitutional court. According to sources the cases shifted to Federal Constitutional Court can surpass 25000. Over 56000 cases are pending hearing in Supreme Court at present. ONLINE
