PAKPATTAN: A pitiless man plugged eyes and cut leg of his younger brother over property dispute here on Saturday and escaped the scene. Police said that the accused hailing from a suburban village of tehsil Arifwala of Pakpattan was in dispute with his younger brother over share in the inherited property. After an exchange of hot words, the elder brother caught hold of him plugged out his eyes with sharp edge weapon and cut off leg with an axe and fled the scene after committing the atrocious crime. The injured was shifted to hospital in critical condition. The police after registering a case against the culprit at-large conducted raids for his arrest. INP
