IT expert Tuesday praised the government’s AI-focused policies, highlighting its $1 billion investment commitment by 2030 as a major step toward building a future-ready digital economy and strengthening sovereign compute and innovation across sectors. While speaking with a local news channel, IT expert Syed Azfar Hussain said the government’s AI drive has set the stage for Pakistan’s digital leadership, highlighting the country’s readiness to join the global AI landscape.
He mentioned that Pakistan’s focus on learning capabilities, creativity, and research at all levels will be key to driving innovation in AI, enabling the country to become a strong and reliable partner in the international AI community.
