Peshawar: The Secretary Information Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Matiullah Khan, has appreciated the overall performance of the Creative Wing of the Information Department, stating that the team has played a key role in effectively highlighting government initiatives.
He expressed these views during a simple yet dignified ceremony held at his office. On this occasion, Director Creative Wing Dr. Danish Baber and other team members were also present, while a detailed briefing was given on the performance and ongoing activities of the Creative Wing.
During the briefing, it was shared that the Creative Wing successfully carried out special campaigns during the holy month of Ramadan, the plantation drive, and organized podcasts of various departments under the Good Governance Roadmap. The wing also ensured effective digital dissemination of government messages.
Highlighting the contributions of Content Writer Abrar Ahmad, it was informed that he provides voiceovers for official video documentaries and the Chief Minister’s weekly news roundup, while also serving as a host (presenter) in official podcasts. It was further noted that along with his core responsibilities, Abrar Ahmad consistently performs additional duties as required, and his round-the-clock availability enhances the team’s overall efficiency.
During the ceremony, the Secretary Information awarded Abrar Ahmad an honorary shield in recognition of his tireless efforts, diverse skill set, and outstanding performance.
The Secretary Information reaffirmed the commitment that the Information Department will continue to ensure the provision of authentic and timely information to the public in line with modern requirements.
