LAHORE: JI Amir Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman has said court will be moved on the matter of petroleum levy tax as levy tax is injustice with the nation. He said this while addressing press conference in Mansoora Lahore. He held people are paying Rs 125 tax on one litter petrol. We were thinking on ceasefire that Prime Minister will restore old prices of petrol but he reduced price only Rs 12 per litter which is regrettable. He demanded the price of petrol be brought to level of Rs 250 per litter. The economic activities will surge when levy tax is ended . It will benefit to the country. He underlined billionaires are evading tax and motorcyclist is paying tax. Government is earning Rs 500 billion to 600 billion out of levy tax . It should be abolished. US-Iran talks were hosted by Pakistan which is good omen, he remarked. We want Iran-US talks should succeed. Pakistan played a good role and it can play role further too. Online
