PESHAWAR: More than 200 women and children received free medical check-ups and medicines at a one-day health camp organised by the Cantonment Board Peshawar at Cantt Public Girls High School. Specialist doctors from Cantt General Hospital Peshawar conducted detailed examinations and offered consultations on a range of health issues. The camp also provided free diagnostic facilities for blood pressure, blood sugar, and skin diseases, along with on-the-spot distribution of medicines. Additional CEO Ms. Javaria Bano visited the camp to review the arrangements and facilities. She said providing basic healthcare to women and children remains a top priority for the Cantonment Board Peshawar, and added that such public welfare initiatives would continue to ensure services reach deserving people at their doorstep. Local residents welcomed the initiative and appreciated the board’s efforts to bring healthcare services closer to the community. DLP Report
