GHQ attack case
RAWALPINDI
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has ordered to confiscate bail bond and surety bond in respect of 12 convicted proclaimed offenders including Umar Ayub and Zartaj Gul in GHQ attack case.
The court while declaring unsatisfactory the reply to show cause notices issued to guarantors of the accused has confiscated surety bonds of the accused besides imposing fine of Rs 1 lac each on guarantors. The guarantors will have to undergo imprisonment of 6 months each more in the event of non payment of fine.
