RAWALPINDI: Police have included clause 7 -ATA of Anti Terrorism Act in the case of Sidra Bibi who was killed in the name of honor following her love marriage. Case now has been shifted from Sessions court to Anti Terrorism Court (ATC). As per sources it has been decided to again arrest head of jirga and former vice chairman union council Asmat Ullah in the case and in this regard father, brother , father in law, uncle and other accused persons will also be arrested again. Decision has also been taken to arrest again grave digger, secretary and driver who took the dead body to grave yard. The sources further said pleas will be filed in ATC for cancellation of their bail to arrest them again. The accused have absconded for fear of their re-arrest and inclusion in new investigation. District prosecution and legal branch has given approval for including terrorism clauses in the case. ONLINE
