IHC moved against solitary confinement of Imran Khan

Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against solitary confinement of Imran Khan. As per media report Aleema Khan has filed petition in IHC in this regard making superintendent Adiala Jail, IG Jails, Chairman NAB , DG FIA and MS PIMS respondents.
The petitioner has taken the plea in the petition that it came to light during meeting with counsel on April 8 that Imran Khan is kept in isolation for 22 hours and and Bushra Bibi for 24 hours. No meeting of any one from party or family has been arranged with Imran Khan since the last 6 months.
The petition said that no mention about keeping PTI founder in confinement is made in any decision. An inhuman attitude is being maintained by keeping my brother in solitary confinement.
PTI founder told during meeting with lawyer that his eyes has been affected 85 percent. Keeping in solitary confinement is the severest punishment while no solitary confinement is included in the imprisonment of the; PTI founder.
Aleema Khan has prayed the court keeping PTI founder in solitary confinement be declared illegal.
This petition has been filed in IHC through barrister Suleman Safdar.
Earlier daughter of Bushra Bibi too has filed petition against the solitary confinement of her mother Bushra Bibi.
