Foreign woman abduction, rape case
LAHORE: Local court of Lahore has handed over to police the 4 accused persons arrested in alleged rape and kidnapping of foreign women case on five days physical remand. The court sought report from investigation officer on next hearing. Judicial magistrate Azhar Mehmood of Lahore Cantt Kutchery took up the case for hearing. Police presented the accused before the court. State counsel told the court the accused are charged with kidnapping and raping the foreign women. This offence by the accused defamed the country. 14 days physical remand be granted for investigation from the accused persons. Court however rejecting police plea for 14 days physical remand handed over the accused to police on 5 days physical remand. ONLINE
