ISLAMABAD: Chamber appeal has been filed on returning the appeal pleas against the decision of Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the matter of suspension of sentences of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. It has been prayed in the chamber appeal that the order of registrar office for returning the appeal pleas declaring them non maintainable be nullified . The appeal said register office has no power to decide about non maintainability of appeals. Registrar supreme court had directed to resort to constitutional court in connection with appeal pleas on suspension of sentence. Registrar office is of the view this is jurisdiction power of constitutional court and not supreme court after NAB amendment. ONLINE
