Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq reviewed the ongoing Islamabad Police Recruitment 2026 process at the Police Lines Headquarters test centre, inspecting physical and running tests, candidate facilitation, security and other arrangements.
An ICT Police spokesperson told APP on Thursday that the DIG closely monitored various stages of the recruitment tests and reviewed the facilities being provided to candidates at the centre.
Tariq also inspected security and administrative arrangements to ensure the recruitment process continued in a smooth, disciplined and well-organised manner.
He directed the officers concerned to closely monitor every stage of the physical and running tests and discharge their assigned responsibilities with full attention, discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
The DIG Tariq also stressed that proper facilities for candidates should remain available throughout the testing process and that all administrative and security arrangements should be continuously monitored.
The spokesperson said senior police officers were closely supervising the recruitment process to ensure its smooth and orderly completion.
