Adviser to KP CM on Science and Technology & Information Technology, Kamran Bangash Sunday said that from providing livelihood to bridging the education gap, sports is emerging as the key to social development.
Addressing as chief guest on Football League between students of religious seminaries and youth of minorities held at Qayyum Stadium. The football league was participated by four teams of the province including merged districts.
Speaking on the occasion, Adviser to KP CM said that sports promotion among youth help to reduce malpractices of the society and conducting of sports events between minorities and seminaries’ students would portrait brethren, unified and soft image of our nation across the world.
He said the football league is the first ever league of its nature participated by students of religious institutions and players belonging minorities, adding league would also be introduced new talent of the nation.
Kamran Bangash said that unfortunate our picture has presented as extremist and sectarian rather our relations with minorities have strong and based on tolerance.
