Rawalpindi (Online): Islamabad Farm houses project Adiala road has set up one more project named as “cattle colony block” into its ongoing farm housing project to solve the problems of milkmen.
According to media reports, government institutions have already carried out some operations against the animal sheds installed at different places in the city and issued notices to their owners to shift these sheds away distant apart from residential areas.
It is inevitable to shift apart these shades from residential areas, after lack of proper cleanliness and drainage system to avoid any chemical pollution.
To resolve that issue, Islamabad farm houses project has set up a “Cattle Colony Block” located at Adiala road, 30 kilometers away from Saddar Rawalpindi.
This block will be accomplished with new technical facilities including free power availability to milkmen, free veterinary hospital, advanced procedures of recycling of animals dung with free access of grass and water availability due to underground wire table.
According to an official of farm house project, there were very reasonable rates in Cattle colony which gave an ease to all milkmen.
