Passing out Parade of FC Lady Recruits held at STA Warsak

An impressive Passing out Parade of Frontier Corps Lady Recruits was held at Scouts Training Academy Warsak. Begum Inspector General Frontier Corps was the Chief Guest at this occasion. On arrival at the Training Academy, the Chief Guest was received by Begum Sector Commander Centre and Begum Commandant STA.
The ceremony started with the recitation of Holy Quraan. After this, the oath taking of passing out lady recruits was held. The valiant lady soldiers took oath of defending the motherland even at the cost of their lives.
Later, prizes were distributed among the position holders. Overall first position holder lady recruit Aamna was awarded IGFC Sword and the 2nd position holder lady recruit Aroosa was awarded the IGFC Cane.
While addressing the ceremony, the Chief Guest congratulated passing out lady soldiers and said that induction of lady soldiers in FC is one of those steps taken to augment the fighting capability of Frontier Corps KP.
She said, “Nowadays, the brave Pakistani women are playing their active role in every sphere of life. Frontier Corps KP is playing a pivotal role in bringing peace and stability in FATA and KPK”.
The history of FC KP is enriched with incidents of dauntless courage and unmatched sacrifices for this motherland, She added.
She accentuated the lady soldiers to maintain the glorious and rich traditions of FC KP and perform this sacred duty in the most befitting manner. The Chief Guest also praised the Officers and instructional staff for imparting quality training.
At the end, a smartly turned out contingent of passing out lady recruits presented the march past which was appreciated by all-and-sundry.
