Attorney General of Pakistan, Mr. Mansoor Usman Awan, called on the Acting President, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, at Aiwan-e-Sadr today. The Acting President underscored the pivotal role of the Attorney General’s office as the Chief Legal Advisor to the Government in upholding the rule of law and ensuring the swift dispensation of justice to strengthen democratic values. The Attorney General apprised the Acting President of various reforms undertaken within his office and reiterated his full commitment to serve the nation with dedication and integrity.
The Acting President reaffirmed his resolve to strengthen the legal and judicial system of Pakistan.
