Spokesman for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and Special Assistant to the CM on Information and Higher Education, Kamran Bangash on Wednesday urged upon the people to must follow the government issued guidelines for SOPs in order to remain safe from coronavirus attacks.
In a statement issued from his office here, Kamran Bangash appealed to the political and religious leaders to persuade people for adopting the SOPs in a real sense during Eid holidays. In light of decisions of NCOC, he said people should refrain from mingling in hujras and public places so that the third wave of corona could be contained.
He said coping with the third lethal wave of corona was only possible with the assistance of people adding the government on its part has issued necessary directives to all the departments concerned in this regard.
The people, he said, should extend complete support to medical staff, police and others so that the coronavirus could be contained as soon as possible.
