A special procedure has been devised by City Police Peshawar to check the performance of the officers under which the best performing officers are encouraged while the negligent officers are punished.

According to details, a simple but dignified prize distribution ceremony was held at Malik Saad Shaheed Police Line Peshawar yesterday under the chairmanship of CCPO Abbas Ahsan.
SSP Operations Yasir Afridi, SSP Investigation Shahzada Farooq were present on the occasion. Kokab, SP Cantt Zaneer Ahmed Cheema, SP Roll Sajjad Hussain, SP Saddar Circle Waqar Khan and other police officers were also present on the occasion. And awarded certificates of appreciation
Appreciating the performance of the officers and men, CCPO Abbas Ahsan clarified that the performance and professionalism of the officers are being monitored, adding that a series of encouraging police officers and personnel with good performance.
It will continue to do so, he added, adding that the police should continue their efforts to eradicate crime and other social evils by demonstrating professionalism to ensure a peaceful and prosperous society.
