Citizen club Parachinar win Pak Army Inter-Club Cricket Tournament

Citizen club of Parachinar clinched the trophy of the Pakistan Army Inter-Club Cricket Tournament after defeating Afghan Club in the final played at Sports Complex Parachinar on Sunday.
Pakistan Army organized the Inter-Club Cricket Tournament in which a total of 72 teams from across the district participated. The final match was played between Citizen Cricket Parachinar and Afghan Cricket Club Sadda in which Citizen Cricket Club Parachinar defeated Afghan Cricket Club.
The final match was attended by elders, political and social leaders and other spectators from across the district and the Sports Complex Parachinar was full of spectators. A 73 Brigade Commander Brigadier Najaf Abbas and Col. Hammad also witnessed the final. Brig. Najaf Abbas said that such positive activities will be continued by the forces.
Talking to the media, player Imtiaz Hussain and others said that such competitions need to be organized from time to time so that they can engage in positive activities. At the end of the competitions, prizes and trophies were distributed among the players of the winners and runners-up club. A Martial Arts demonstration was also held on this occasion.
