CM Sindh has become dictator, he is not devolving powers at grass roots level: Mustafa Kamal

KARACHI, Dec 05 (Online): Chief of Pak Sirzameen Party (PSP) Mustafa Kamal has said chief minister have become dictators through 18th constitutional amendment.

He said this talking to media men here Saturday.

He went on to say democratic dictatorship is in place in Sindh with reference to local government. The local government system has been ambushed.

He held Chief Minister (CM) Sindh says that delimitation of the constituencies cannot take place here. The CM has become dictator due to 18th amendment and he should be forced to devolve the powers to others.

He underlined that the powers have not been devolved at grass root level under 18th amendment. The funds provided by federation are kept by the CM. NFC award is mode for transfer of resources but the process of transfer of powers has halted at CM house.

He remarked Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan are still driving the people into the world of dreams but who will translate these golden dreams into reality. The problems facing the provinces are being addressed through bureaucracy.

He demanded that PM Imran Khan should announce local bodies elections in the provinces because the problems facing the provinces are becoming compounded day to day.
