HANGU: Militants have attacked police squad deployed on the security of Polio Vaccination Team in Hangu martyring one police man and injuring the other four. According to police the police team was attacked near Chapri Waziran in the Thall Police Station area.
Both sides exchanged firing. More contingents of police were called. the injured were shifted to hospital. Police authorities said one Israr ul Haq was martyred in the incident which took place near Chapri Waziran, He belongs to Shangla.
He was doing PTC intermediate course. According to police spokesperson the injured are being provided treatment in local hospital. Police have started search operation in entire area. ONLINE
