ISLAMABAD
To meet the growing housing needs in the federal capital, a decision has been made to establish two new residential sectors, F-12 and G-12. Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is currently engaged in preparatory development work for both sectors, and their formal announcement is expected soon. FGEHA’s official sources told APP that the layout plan for Sector F-12 has already been completed; however, approval of its PC-I is still pending. Meanwhile, the PC-I approval process for Sector G-12 is in its initial stages. Development work on both sectors will begin after the approval of PC-I. Sources further stated that Sector F-12 may be launched separately, or both sectors could be introduced simultaneously; however, no final decision has yet been made.
Once launched, these sectors will provide residential facilities not only to government employees but also to people from other walks of life in the federal capital.
