Islamabad High Court asked National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday to submit reply on its application to seize the accounts of former absconder finance minister Ishaq Dar.
The divisional bench composed of Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Muhsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the case pertaining to the decision of Accountability Court (AC) to seize the assets of Hajveri Trust, as Dar has appealed in the Islamabad High Court to overrule the AC’s decision.
Disillusioned by the Accountability Court’s ruling, Dar had filed appeal in the Islamabad High Court and had made NAB a party in the concerned case.
