IMS Unit holds grand Eid Milad gathering in Dera Ismail Khan

The Farooq Azam Unit of the World Council for the Protection of Finality of Prophethood organized a distinguished Eid Milad gathering at the Town Hall of Dera Press Club.
The event saw a large turnout of political, social, commercial, and journalistic figures, along with representatives from various walks of life.
The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Deputy Amir of the District and renowned Qari Abdul Latif, followed by a Naat recital on the importance of the belief in the Finality of Prophethood by Sana Khwan Ikram Yousufi.
Stage secretarial duties were performed by Maulana Saleemullah Kamran and Maulana Ali Qureshi, while the ceremony was presided over by District Amir Maulana Qari Muhammad Tariq and District Supervisor Maulana Ashraf Ali.
Prominent guests included former MPA Haji Abdul Halim Qasuriya, City SHO Khanzad Khan, Advocate Sheikh Mahmood-ul-Hasan, business leader Khalid Naz, former Press Club President Maulana Hussain Ahmed Naqshbandi, Dr. Muhammad Shoaib Gangohi, and Qari Muhammad Khalid Gangohi.
In his address, Dr. Muhammad Shoaib Gangohi highlighted the sacrifices of the 1953 movement and the 1974 struggle to declare Qadianis non-Muslim, urging participants to remain vigilant against the threat of Qadianism.
The unit’s General Secretary, Mufti Faheem, presented a 2.5-year performance report, noting that since its establishment on 3 September 2023, the unit has actively raised awareness among youth and students through three-day courses in mosques, social media campaigns, and educational institution outreach.
Tribute was also paid to the services of the late Sufi Riaz-ul-Hasan Gangohi. To strengthen organizational activities, it was decided that a permanent session will be held on the first Monday of every month at Masjid Abdul Haq, Bazar Topanwala, after Maghrib prayers.
The program concluded with Maulana Khawaja Ahmed Hasan expressing gratitude to the participants, and Maulana Ashraf Ali offering prayers for national security, unity of the Ummah, and stability.
