RAWALPINDI
Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan of Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has extended interim bail of former Punjab law minister and PTI central leader Raja Basharat till April 14. Raja Basharat is nominated in 3 cases registered against him in Hassan Abdal police station and Hazroo police station. The court has ordered to include the petitioner in investigation of these three cases and present complete record thereof before it on next hearing.
Raja Basharat appeared in the court along with his counsel Muhammad Irfan Ahmad Khan Niazi.
All the three cases are registered under charges of siege and arson, Police resistance and causing damage to private and public property.
