Malik Saad King, Shinwari Stori to clash in Nazim Peshawar Football Super League

Malik Saad King and Shinwari Stori took berth into the final after securing victories against their respective rivals in the Nazim Peshawar Football Super League-2018 being played here at Tehmas Khan Football Stadium on Sunday.
President FATA Olympic Association and former national footballer Shahid Khan Shinwari, former international footballer Ajiz Shakoor and former national team skippers hailing from Peshawar Gohar Zaman and Basit Kamal graced the occasion as guests and before the start of the two semi-finals the players of Malik Saad King, Shinwari Stori, Charsadda Toryalay and Prime Pakhtun were introduced to them. Organizing Secretary Gul Haider, District Sports Officer Peshawar Jamshed Baloch and large number of spectators were also present.
In the first match Malik Saad King and Prime Pakhtun played excellent game and both raided on each other territories time and again. The two teams also got some good goal-fetching moves but none of the team could score any goal till the end of the first session play.
After a goal-less first-half play, it was the second session in which Malik Saad King and Prime Pakhtun adopted some good attacking strategies and nearer to get lead but due to man to man marking they were failed to score.
It was in the 57th minute when Malik Saad King got the lead through Alamgir Senior, the center striker, on the field attempt. It was good goal scored by Alamgir, Alamgir got the ball from his mid-fielder Ihsan and zoomed quickly toward the rival goal-post. By reaching in front of the goal-post he kicked into the net to make the tally 1-0.
On the other side Prime Pakhtun also made some good rallies of attack despite going a goal down and they got even a golden opportunity of scoring. Prime Pakhtun was awarded a penalty kick when center Luqman was incepted by Malik Saad deep defender Sajid. Referee Abdur Rehman signaled the spot in favour of Prime Pakhtun when they were in a goal deficit but they attempt of Irfan Ullah wend wide from the goal-post and thus the threat averted.
Thus Malik Saad King, a team mostly defended their lead, won the match by 1-0.
In the second match Shinwari Stori registered victory against Charsadda Toryalay by solitary goal. Charsadda Toryalay was un-lucking when they missed the sixth minute penalty awarded to them.
Center striker Tahir was wrongly obstructed by Shinwari Stori deep defender Fahim and referee Ikram Ullah awarded Charsadda Toryalay a penalty kick.
The penalty was taken by Nouman but was nicely intercepted by Shinwari Stori goal-keeper Naveed. Naveed while diving to his left stopped the forceful kick of Nouman and thus the threat was averted.
After taking the position of the ball Shinwari Stori got control over the match and played well. Despite raiding on each other defence the first-half was tied goal-less draw.
It was the second session when Shinwari Stori got the lead through Asad Shinwari, a superb forward. Asad Shinwari got the ball from his mid-fielder Atiq Shinwari and zoomed quickly by reaching in front of the goal-mouth from where in netted a fine goal to make the tally 1-0. Charsadda Toryalay tried their hard to level the tally but they were failed and thus Shinwari Stori was the match by 1-0.
Abdur Rehman, Ikram Ullah, Zeeshan, Abid, Dilwar supervised the matches while Syed Imtiaz Ali Shah acted as match commissioner.
