Ministers review arrangements for Eid Milad un Nabi


Islamabad : Federal ministers Fawad Chaudhry and Noor-ul-Haq Qadri on Friday chaired administrative meeting to review arrangements regarding celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
According to details, Federal ministers were of the view that Eid Milad-un-Nabi would be celebrated befittingly as per the aspirations of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The meeting, which took place on Friday, looked after administrative and management steps taken for commencement of religious event.
Talking on the occasion, Federal information and broadcasting minister Fawad Chaudhry noted that Holy Prophet (PBUH) is a symbol of righteousness and his birthday would be celebrated decorously.
According to government’s plan, two central ceremonies would take place on 12 th of Rabi-ul-Awwal to observe Eid Milad un Nabi. Prime Minister Imran Khan would address a large ceremony at Islamabad’s convention center.
Addressing the meeting, federal ministers noted that with these celebrations, government was striving for a just and harmonious society. They maintained that Prophet (PBUH)’s teachings are a model for everyone to live a righteous life.
