MUZAFFARGARH: A mother has committed suicide after poisoning both of her children over a domestic dispute. According to details, mother poisoned her children and committed suicide in Shah Jamal after a quarrel with her husband. Rabia Bibi has been moved to Nishtar Hospital Multan in a critical condition whereas, 3-year-old Kinza and 1.5-year-old Hammad have lost their lives. INP
