ISLAMABAD
The petition seeking early hearing of her application for suspension of her sentence in 190 million pounds case has been filed by Bushra Bibi wife of Imran Khan in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The petition said the petitions regarding bail and suspension of conviction are heard on priority basis as per judicial policy. The case of the petitioner is being delayed without any justification.
The petitioner took the plea non fixing the case of Bushra Bibi wife of Imran Khan runs contrary to women protection act and Supreme Court (SC) decisions.
