PESHAWAR
Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted transit bail to Imaan Mazari advocate and her husband Hadi Ali Chatha advocate till October 9 .
Transit bail plea of Imaan Mazari and her husband came up for hearing Tuesday. Chief Justice (CJ) PHC S.M . Attique Shah heard the bail plea.

The court granted transit bail to Imaan Mazaari and Hadi Ali Chatha till October 9.
The court directed Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha to appear in the respective court till October 9.
Atta Ullah Kundi advocate counsel for the petitioners took the plea the petitioner is lawyer in Islamabad and is social worker. Case has been registered against the petitioner in Islamabad.
CJ PHC S.M Attique Shah inquired are both of them lawyers.
The counsel for the petitioner replied yes both of the petitioners are lawyers and they want to appear in the court.
CJ SM Attique Shah asked “ have you come to Peshawar for the first time.
Imaan Mazari replied yes she has come to PHC for the first time.
CJ PHC remarked Ok you came to Peshawar under FIR pretext. You people don’t come to Peshawar usually.
Atta Ullah advocate counsel for Imaan Mazari said Imaan Mazari is voice of oppressed people of KP and Balochistan.
The court granted transit bail to Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha till October 9.
