PHC orders for not arresting Azam Swati till 10 days

Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered not to arrest PTI leader Azam Swati till 10 days.
The petition filed by Azam Swati against NAB notice came up for hearing before justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and justice Inam Ullah Khan Tuesday.
Barrister Waqar counsel for Azam Swati took the plea in the court NAB is investigating into upper Kohistan scandal. Azam Swati has been included in this investigation as well.
The counsel said it is feared Azam Swati will be arrested. However he wants to resort to Accountability Court (AC), therefore, he should be given time.
The court directed the petitioner should appear in Accountability Court (AC) and join NAB inquiry.
The court ordered NAB should treat the petitioner as per law. Azam Swati be not arrested for 10 days.
Deputy Prosecutor General NAB Muhammad Ali said NAB will treat Azam Swati as per law.
The court adjourned hearing of the case.
