It has been revealed that resignations of 43 Members of National Assembly (MNAs) from PTI were accepted on January 22.
According to National Assembly (NA) sources PTI had E-mailed and sent through whats app application on January 23 asking for returning their resignations.
Asad Qaisar and Fawad Chaudhry while talking to media men outside parliament house on January 27 had demanded that the resignations of their remaining MNAs be also accepted.

The NA speaker had accepted the resignation of the remaining 43 MNAs on January 22 and sent them to election commission. The whatsapp and E,Mail on January 23 were against the rules.
As the resignations were accepted on January 22, therefore, the applications for returning these resignations on January 23 were ineffective.
