Asfand Yar Wali, Awami National Party (ANP) head has said that former Chief Justice SAqib Nisar’s Sadiq and Amin (Honest and Truthful), after ECP verdict on prohibited funding, has become certified liar.
While hoping that the action will take place in accordance with the law, he said on Tuesday that ECP has proved that not only they have been funded unlawfully but also submitted fake affidavit and accounts being hidden.
In response to ECP verdict against PTI prohibited funding he said that fake affidavit has proved that a political party head is liar and now is the time to implement article 62, 63 without any indiscriminately instead of against few specific parties.
ANP chief said that taking money from international companies is against election act 2017.
When asked on the action against Imran, he further said, one Prime Minister was declared disqualified for not receiving pay and now lying has been proved.
He said that Financial Times has also certified that PTI was functioning on foreigners’ money.
He also raised a question that what was given to those 34 companies which funded PTI?
The company functioning on foreigners funding and agenda was PTI, he said, and we hope that in the light of verdict federal government will fulfill its responsibility.
