ISLAMABAD: Leader of the opposition in National Assembly (NA) Shahbaz Sharif has demanded of speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar to give the media complete access to parliament besides removing all the obstacles in this regard.
He said this in a letter addressed to NA speaker here Friday. He held parliament has become fully functional after the third wave of corona virus.
He remarked media is still not allowed to use the place adjacent to gate No 1. Government has stopped media from coverage of opposition members in parliament . This way opposition is being deprived of right of equal media coverage. .
All the media should be given access to parliament unhindered so that opposition voice could reach the people equally, he demanded.
