Tribesmen of Landi Kotal sub-division demanded of the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court and district Police Officer, Khyber to make sure implementation of the Court Order in words and spirit and forthwith stop building on their property.
Addressing to a press conference here in Landi Kotal press club on Saturday Haji Barat,Qismat Khan,Naseeb Shah and others lamented that they have 44 kanals land in Kando Khel village of Khuga Khel while a local political figure, Shah Hussain,Amin Said etc. on allegedly fake claim started construction on the piece of land.
They added that they have already filed a case in the Court and it bestowed a stay order on construction work. But the influential person doesn’t respect the Court order and they forcibly grabbed their land that is injustice to them.
