{"id":10308,"date":"2017-01-20T06:07:18","date_gmt":"2017-01-19T20:07:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=10308"},"modified":"2017-01-20T06:07:18","modified_gmt":"2017-01-19T20:07:18","slug":"shc-orders-to-remove-ayyan-ali-name-from-ecl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/shc-orders-to-remove-ayyan-ali-name-from-ecl\/","title":{"rendered":"SHC orders to remove Ayyan Ali name from ECL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Online<br \/>\nKarachi<br \/>\nSindh High Court (SHC) suspended its order for ten days in which directed authorities to remove model Ayyan Ali\u2019s name from the Exit Control List (ECL) while accepted the request filed by additional attorney general to give more time to the government as it wanted to appeal against the SHC verdict.<br \/>\nThree member bench of the SHC heard the case on Thursday.<br \/>\nEarlier SHC ordered on same day the removal of model Ayyan Ali\u2019s name from the Exit Control List. The order was issued by the referee judge of SHC, Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto.<br \/>\n\u201cAyyan will leave the country to meet her ailing mother, as soon as she gets a copy of the court\u2019s verdict,\u201d one of her lawyers, Qadir Khan Mandokhel, said while talking to the media at SHC.<br \/>\nPreviously, senior member of the two-member bench formed for the case, Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh, had said the matter did not fall within the jurisdiction of SHC as her name was put in the ECL over the request of the Punjab government.<br \/>\nAccording to another lawyer of the model, Lateef Khosa, an illegal proceeding was taking place against Ayyan<br \/>\nOn the other hand, Additional Attorney General Salman Talibuddin was of the view that the Punjab government put Ayyan\u2019s name in ECL in the murder case of custom inspector.
