\nParents of child maid ,Tayyaba, have once again forgiven the accused session judge and his wife in \u2018house maid Tayyaba torture case\u2019. Islamabad Additional session judge Raja AsifMehmood took up the case for hearing Friday.
\nThe accused session judge Raja Khurram was also present in the court in connection with interim bail. The court had summoned parents of Tayyaba but only Azam father of Tayyaba appeared in the court.
\nAzam told that his wife could not appear in court because of illness and they both have however forgiven the additional session judge and his wife. Case is baseless against both of them. He has no objection if court grants bail to both the accused.
\nAdditional Session judge Raja Asif remarked that there is no need to be scared , earlier you had backed out on the statement in Supreme Court which you had given in this court. .
\nOn it Azam replied that during the hearing of the case in SC he had come under pressure but now he is forgiving the suspects in his full consciousness.
\nThe suspect, \u2018session judge Raja Khurram was also appeared in court for interim bail.
\nThe court remarked , bail plea of the accused has not been decided so far. File the affidavit of the petitioner with his consent in the court. Then decision on bail plea will be given.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
