All the members including Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) expressed displeasure over seeking adjournment of the hearing of the case repeatedly by government and directed if government counsel Akram Sheikh does not appear then decision of the case will be announced in his absence on February, 22. The hearing of disqualification reference cases was conducted by the five member bench headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sardar Raza Khan.<br \/>\nThe reference were referred by Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq against PTI leaders Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen seeking their disqualification. Counsel for PML N leader Talal Chaudhry told the court that their counsel Akram Sheikh could not come being pre-occupied therefore, the date of hearing may please be changed.<br \/>\nChief Election Commissioner remarked \u201c you are prolonging the case by seeking adjournments repeatedly. Then we are maligned.
