As per the investigation report, the policeman Samiullah opened fire when the youth attempted to flee by not stopping at the check post. The report said that the killing of the youth was not intentional by the cop.<br \/>\nThe report further said the statement of Taimoor friend, Maheen, who was in the car with Taimoor at the time of the incident, also supported the unintentional killing.
