The Mayor expressed his deep concerns on rising pollution droppong in the Rawal-Dam from local Nullahs and water falls , for which Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad on the instructions of Supreme Court Of Pakistan has already established two wet land project at Barimam and Banigala respectively. these wet land barriers are acting as filters against locally flooded and transmitted pollution and saving the Rawal Dam from all types of pollutions. <\/p>\n
The Mayor Islamabad further stated that these experiments shall be extended all across Islamabad based Natural Nullahs and streams, starting from Rose & Jasmine Garden stream , to flourish the idea for a clean & green Islamabad. <\/p>\n
