The staff members are not being appointed despite construction of building. <\/p>\n<p>He further  contended that the patients have to be brought to Rawalpindi for want of mother, child health care hospital. <\/p>\n<p>He requested that Chief Jus tice of Pakistan (CJP) should issue orders to  the provincial government in this regard.
