Court will  not interfere therein. The elected government is answerable to the people. Decision will be taken after looking at the situation. Not only the owners of the schools are suffering but children are also suffering in the perspective of education. Saying this the matter is not in the view of government will be wrong. Government will be considering all this matter  on its  own after taking into account all the problems. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel for the petitioner said \u201c but government is not caring for it. We filed application with Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) but no decision has been taken on it so far. <\/p>\n<p>The court inquired from the counsel of petitioner \u201c what is your representative body.
