The case was heard by Judge Azam Khan of Accountability Court (AC) Room No. 2.  While in another reference of mega money laundering, the petition filed against the confiscation of Asif Ali Zardari\u2019s house in Clifton also could not be heard. Asif Zardari\u2019s house in Clifton was confiscated by NAB, NAB had taken the position that Asif Zardari\u2019s house was built with the money of corruption and money laundering.  On which Asif Zardari had approached the accountability court against the NAB move. The court granted the adjournment on request of Farooq Naik\u2019s assistant counsel. The hearing of the case was adjourned till September 17.
