Amendment was made in the petition with regard to statistics of population census. Farooq Sattar is no more in MQM Pakistan. Voters are more and population is less in 13 percent blocs of Karachi.<br \/>\nJustice Munib Akhtar remarked it will be better new application be filed. Too much time has been elapsed after population census. MQM is larger political party.<br \/>\nFarooq Sattar inquired from the court can any decision be not taken on this matter. Injustice is being done to the people persistently on this matter. The people have been deprived of the right to rule.<br \/>\nJustice Mushir Alam remarked this is not only your problem but it is problem of other provinces as well.<br \/>\nThe court while directing to file new petition disposed of the matter.<br \/>\nTalking to media men after hearing of the case Farooq Sattar said it is our stance that urban population of Sindh is shown less. We put up evidence before the court with statistics. Malpractices were committed in the census. We identified all the flaws in the population census. This population census was highly controversial and manipulated.
